For Alsons Power, SEC’s national recognition reaffirms its commitment to environment responsibility while maintaining high compliance standards alongside power generation. As the Philippine energy sector continues to evolve, adherence to market rules remains essential to ensuring fair competition, transparent transactions, and efficient market operations.

Located in Maasim, Sarangani, SEC operates a 237-Megawatt coal-fired power facility that provides essential baseload electricity to Mindanao. The plant plays a vital role in supporting the region’s energy requirements, particularly as economic activity and electricity demand continue to grow.
