The PBU Makati 2025 Summer Outing held last May 16–17 at Bataan White Corals Beach Resort brought together around 50 team members for a meaningful two-day experience anchored on connection, collaboration, and shared purpose. The outing began with a guided tour of the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant, offering valuable insights into the country’s energy history. This was followed by engaging team building activities designed by the TQM-L&D Team, where team members worked together to complete challenges that highlighted the power of teamwork and communication. The day ended on a high note with “APG Got Talent” performances and a boho-themed fellowship night, where everyone came together to celebrate each other’s creativity and energy.
Beyond the games and activities, the outing served as a strong reminder that we are stronger together. It gave team members the space to connect beyond roles and departments, building deeper trust and understanding across the organization. As we continue to advance our shared goals, moments like these reinforce our commitment to working as One Team, guided by our values and driven by purpose.
