Arvin has been with Alsons Power for 13 years. Over the course of his career, he has worked across both Diesel and Hydro Power Plant operations, accumulating invaluable experience in project development, implementation, and plant management. Currently, as the SHPC Operation and Maintenance Superintendent, he oversees all aspects of the hydropower plant’s operations, ensuring that it runs efficiently and safely.
