Formulate and implement Right of Way (ROW) and Land Acquisition plans on all projects under ASEC. Work closely with the Permitting Officer, the incumbent shall be responsible for obtaining permits or documents required in securing tenurial rights over the land. He/ She should be able to recommend solutions, strategies, mitigating measures, and approach to secure tenurial rights.
