The position assumes full responsibility and authority in ensuring that projects handled by the team are within the approved budget and schedule and selected contractors and vendors comply with pertinent provisions of contracts, agreements or purchase orders. Responsible for the effective planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of projects; and the accurate gathering and processing of data for information, for proper decision-making processes of the Project Manager. The incumbent will have authority to coordinate with different departments regarding materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, manpower, finances, information and documentation required to effectively implement planned activities. This includes the authority to review, report, recommend or provide solutions to non-conformances through designated channels.
