Responsible for the timely application, follow-up, and renewal of permits and licenses. Specializes in the permits and compliance of projects in the development stage. Manage the licensing systems and records for regulatory and performance reporting requirements, including uploading, maintaining, and addressing action items in the Regulatory Compliance Management System. Provide advice regarding license and permit applications and on matters regulated by the office/agencies. Recommend or provide solutions to non-conformances or work-related problems and concerns through designated channels.
