Responsible for handling, monitoring, and managing complex and high impact regulatory cases before the ERC, DOE, NWRB, PEMC, DENR/EMB, DOLE/NLRC courts and other quasi-judicial bodies. Manage/supervise external counsel engagement including budgetary matters. Handle internal employment matters Including representation of LRC in the grievance committee. Draft pleadings, motions, legal opinions/memoranda, position papers, studies, contracts, presentations and other legal documents. Represent the company in courts and quasi-judicial proceedings, meetings, public consultations, and other discussions with government agencies.
